6 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 cinnamon sticks (or 1 tsp. cinnamon)
1/4 c. instant coffee
2 c. tequila
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Bring milk, sugar, and cinnamon to a boil. Dissolve coffee in hot milk mixture. Let cool in refrigerator. When drink is well chilled, add tequila and vanilla. Serve very cold. Keeps for up to two to three weeks.
